Enjoy your well-deserved days off in our stylish and quiet Smarthome holiday home on Lake Tollense. With a generous Living area of about 125 m² it offers modern comfort for your stay.
Our exclusive holiday home can accommodate up to 8 people. The breathtaking view of the lake and the surrounding forest landscape not only inspires nature lovers, but also guests looking for peace and quiet.
Our holiday home was completed in 2023 and impresses with its high-quality and loving furnishings. It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Throughout the house, a Underfloor heating with cooling function built-in
The modern architecture and spacious design of the rooms offer plenty of space for relaxation and creative development, whether for young or old.
The heart of the house is the open living and dining area with a modern kitchen and a wonderful view of the lake. Here you can cook, play and dream together - there is enough space for everyone.
Our 4 bedrooms, some with lake view and balcony, are equipped with high-quality box spring beds and offer maximum sleeping comfort for a restful night.
The house has a total of two bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped daylight bathroom with a walk-in shower. A spacious and light-flooded family bathroom with bath and shower awaits you on the top floor.
Thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows and window fronts, the entire house offers plenty of daylight and brightness. With just one push of a button, you can operate the roller shutters throughout the house and provide pleasant shade.
Your car is safe on the in-house parking lot right in front of the door.
The lake, which invites you to bathe, swim and do water sports, is only about 300 meters away on foot.
Our two sun terraces and the spacious grounds invite you to relax, have a barbecue and socialize.
Our fully equipped holiday home can be used all year round and leaves nothing to be desired, no matter what the season. Whether you are planning a beach holiday in summer, a leisurely hiking or cycling holiday in autumn or a break at the lake in winter - our holiday home always offers you the perfect retreat.

We look forward to welcoming you as a guest in our recently completed holiday home. Attention to detail is our focus, because we want to offer you an unforgettable stay. Each room has been carefully furnished to offer you a cozy and comfortable home away from home.
As hosts, we are always available for you and will be happy to help you during your stay. We want to make sure that you feel completely comfortable and can enjoy your vacation to the fullest. We are happy to assist you with any questions, concerns or recommendations to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Prices / Conditions
The prices listed in the calendar are for an occupancy of up to 4 people. Each additional person will be charged an additional 20 euros per day. The house can be occupied by a maximum of 8 people.
January to December 260 euros / day (price for 4 people. Each additional person 20 € per day)
The minimum stay is three days.
The final cleaning is charged at 150 euros. All other additional costs such as electricity, gas and water are already included in the rent.
fdue dates: Deposit of 30 % upon booking. The remaining amount is due five weeks before arrival or for last-minute bookings or stays starting within the next five weeks, the total amount is due immediately
No deposit
Cancellation conditions
Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 30 days before the agreed arrival date. Any deposit paid will then be refunded within a maximum of one week.
For cancellations from 29 days before arrival and in the event of no-show, 100 % of the costs will be charged.
Check in / out
Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. On the day of departure, departure should be by 10 a.m. Please contact us if these times do not suit you. We will definitely find a solution.

A great holiday home by the lake
We stayed in the holiday home for three nights at the end of December with eight people. We were all delighted! The house is very tastefully furnished and with a lot of attention to detail. Everything is high quality, well thought out and modern, including the control of the building technology.
The house is close to the beautiful Tollensesee.
The house owner is a very friendly and helpful person who is always available to answer questions.
We would choose this house again at any time; it played a large part in our pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Holiday home in a quiet location near the lake
We were here for a week in high summer temperatures and we didn't miss anything. The equipment and furnishings are as good as new and the fully automatic coffee machine makes them perfect 😉 We went out on our bikes a lot, but you can also enjoy the garden/terrace with all the comforts.

Dream house on the lake
The two of us stayed in the brand new holiday home for a week. The house is very nice and modernly furnished. All the facilities in the house are of very high quality. The chosen colors are very friendly. It has large, bright rooms.

The house is only a few minutes away from Lake Tollense.
Highly recommended, we were very satisfied and would definitely choose the house again!
