Enjoy your well-deserved days off in our stylish and quiet Smarthome holiday home on Lake Tollense. With a generous Living area of about 125 m² it offers modern comfort for your stay.
Our exclusive holiday home can accommodate up to 8 people. The breathtaking view of the lake and the surrounding forest landscape not only inspires nature lovers, but also guests looking for peace and quiet.
Our holiday home was completed in 2023 and impresses with its high-quality and loving furnishings. It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The heart of the house is the open-plan living and dining area with a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table that can accommodate up to eight people.
Here you can cook together, play games, or simply enjoy the day – thanks to the spacious layout, there's plenty of room for everyone. A comfortable couch and a smart TV also invite you to relax.
Feel good and sleep well – your retreat in the house
Our four comfortable bedrooms are equipped with high-quality box-spring beds, ensuring restful nights. Some rooms have balconies and offer pleasant views.
The well-thought-out features include fly screens, underfloor heating with a cooling function, sun protection and practical wardrobes – for an all-round pleasant living environment.

As hosts, we are always available for you and will be happy to help you during your stay. We want to make sure that you feel completely comfortable and can enjoy your vacation to the fullest. Prices / Conditions
The prices listed in the calendar are for up to 2 people. Each additional person will be charged an additional €30 per day. The house can accommodate a maximum of 8 people.
January to December 180 euros per day (price for 2 people. Each additional person 30 euros per day)
The minimum stay is three days.
Payment terms
Deposit: 30 % of the rental price upon booking
Final payment: 5 weeks before arrival
Final cleaning 150 euros

Bed linen and towels
For your convenience, we provide bed linen and towels. You don't need to bring your own.
Cancellation conditions
Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 30 days before the agreed arrival date. Any deposit paid will then be refunded within one week. Cancellations made 29 days or more before arrival and in the event of a no-show will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Arrival time: from 4:00 p.m.
Departure: until 10:00 a.m.
Other times may be agreed upon if necessary.

Holiday home in a top location
A very nice holiday home, well-maintained, very well-equipped, and a very friendly landlord. The surroundings are beautiful and quiet. I highly recommend this holiday home.
Dream house in a perfect location for nature lovers
The five of us were able to spend an unforgettable week at Haus Seeglück 2 in Groß Nemerow, and it far exceeded all our expectations.
The stunning location, surrounded by greenery, quiet and rural, as well as the high-quality, well-thought-out furnishings of the house made our stay perfect. The house exudes an elegant coziness and leaves nothing to be desired.Every moment felt like pure relaxation.
We would especially like to highlight the landlord, who is absolutely friendly, professional, and accommodating.
Another insider tip: his restaurant Hai Asia in downtown Neubrandenburg, right next to St. Mary's Church, a delight for lovers of Vietnamese cuisine, with a variety of freshly prepared dishes that will delight the palate.
We highly recommend Seeglück 2 and are already looking forward to our next stay!
A great holiday home by the lake
We stayed in the holiday home for three nights at the end of December with eight people. We were all delighted! The house is very tastefully furnished and with a lot of attention to detail. Everything is high quality, well thought out and modern, including the control of the building technology.
The house is close to the beautiful Tollensesee.
The house owner is a very friendly and helpful person who is always available to answer questions.
We would choose this house again at any time; it played a large part in our pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Holiday home in a quiet location near the lake
We were here for a week in high summer temperatures and we didn't miss anything. The equipment and furnishings are as good as new and the fully automatic coffee machine makes them perfect 😉 We went out on our bikes a lot, but you can also enjoy the garden/terrace with all the comforts.

Dream house on the lake
The two of us stayed in the brand new holiday home for a week. The house is very nice and modernly furnished. All the facilities in the house are of very high quality. The chosen colors are very friendly. It has large, bright rooms.
