The SEEgl\u00fcck holiday home is only rented to persons of legal age and legal capacity. Minors or people with limited legal capacity may only use the holiday home when accompanied by adult companions with legal capacity. A booking is only possible for a stay of 3 nights or more, during the high season a booking is only possible for a stay of 5 nights or more. The rental contract comes into effect through the written confirmation (text form, by e-mail \/ booking confirmation) of the landlord.<\/p>\n

When booking, the number of people using must be specified, the holiday home may only be used by these people. Subsequent bookings are to be communicated in good time, a confirmation will only be given if capacities allow it. The House rules<\/a>, which is displayed in the SEEgl\u00fcck holiday home, is part of the rental agreement.<\/p>\n

Use of the SEEgl\u00fcck holiday home for film productions, advertising films or similar commercial purposes is not permitted unless a prior written agreement has been reached with the landlord. Any use of the holiday home or its surroundings for such purposes without the prior consent of the lessor is prohibited and may lead to the immediate termination of the rental agreement.<\/p>\n

  1. Arrival \/ departure \/ rental period:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    On the day of arrival, the SEEgl\u00fcck holiday home is available to the tenant from 4 p.m.; earlier arrival may be possible after consultation with the landlord. The tenant is asked to park directly in front of the booked house. If you plan to arrive later than 6 p.m., this must be announced in advance for organizational reasons.<\/p>\n

    On the day of departure, the apartment must be handed over in the contractual condition by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. A parking space at the house belongs to the holiday property.<\/p>\n

    If the tenant exceeds the departure time by more than 60 minutes, an additional night will be charged.<\/p>\n

    Individual arrival and departure times can be agreed with the landlord.<\/p>\n

    If the tenant does not appear on the day of arrival by 12:00 p.m. without prior contact with the landlord, the contract is considered terminated and the landlord or his representative can freely dispose of the object. The corresponding cancellation costs will be charged according to point 4.<\/p>\n

    A (proportionate) refund of the rent due to early departure is generally not possible.<\/p>\n

    2. Special requests and additional agreements<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Special requests and ancillary agreements can be taken into account, but they require written confirmation from the landlord.<\/p>\n

    3. Payment & Rental Price<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The rental price is made up according to the current price list, which is shown for each holiday apartment. The lease becomes effective upon receipt of the down payment in the lessor's account.<\/p>\n
